Acupuncture in Cambridge
What Is It?
Acupuncture is the practice of inserting fine metal needles into the skin to restore and balance the flow of energy (Qi) in the body. The acupuncture points lie upon meridians which are currents/rivers of energy that flow within the body. An acupuncture point is like a port of access to these meridians- each point having a specific function. Acupuncture is the practice of helping your body to remember its innate ability to heal and balance.
